About The Position
Provide wound care treatments as directed by Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Assess and monitor patients' wounds to ensure proper healing and prevent infections. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records regarding wound assessments and treatments. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas
- Wound care experience preferred
- 16 hours per week
