About The Position
The Registered Nurse - Triage works under the general supervision of the Clinical Services Manager and is responsible for the nursing practices, policies, and procedures of the OneWorld Community Health Centers. Supervision of Health Assistants and Medical Assistants may be required. The Registered Nurse - Triage will work primarily onsite at the OneWorld Quick Sick clinic.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing degree (ASN) from an accredited school required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska required; or license eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- One year or more of nursing experience preferred.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
- Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to OneWorld patients and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Position includes remote work from home, which requires a home computer, phone, and high-speed internet access.
- Reliable transportation needed for floating to other locations within the organization.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
