Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience (2+ years preferred)
- Comfortable working in various facility settings and adapting quickly
- Additional documentation requirements will be outlined during onboarding
Responsibilities
- Deliver care according to the Nurse Practice Act and federal/state regulations
- Complete admission and periodic assessments on residents
- Update care plans as needed, based on condition changes or regulatory requirements
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Provide physician-ordered medical treatments
- Supervise residents who self-administer medications
- Monitor and report condition changes to physicians and supervisors
- Follow residents' Advance Directives
- Support residents with nutritional/hydration needs
- Assist during meals and with feeding if necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of resident health information
