Requirements

Registered Nurse: Hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience.
Certifications: BLS
Desire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.
Other records or documents as needed during the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer prescribed medications and record them, reporting any adverse reactions.
Document patients' medical information, vital signs, and monitor specialized equipment.
Take corrective action when patients display adverse symptoms & provide bedside care.
Implement patient education plans as directed by physicians.
Changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs, and assisting during examinations.
Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols.
Participate in discharge planning and maintain accurate record-keeping.
