About The Position

The University of Vermont Health Network/Porter Medical Center is located in the heart of beautiful Middlebury, Vermont. We are comprised of a 25-bed acute care facility, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit, short-term rehabilitation unit and a long-term care unit, and a network of primary care and specialty medical practices throughout Addison county and the town of Brandon.

Requirements

Full and unrestricted RN or APRN license to practice medicine in the State of Vermont
Qualification as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner
Maintain SANE Certification
Previous experience as a SANE
