About The Position

For over 130 years, Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has served older adults in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood. As a mission-driven nonprofit, we provide a full continuum of care in a welcoming, community-centered environment. Our campus includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services. We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. This role is ideal for a nurse who values strong relationships, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within a team
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and caregiving staff
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate residents and families on care plans and services
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in infection control and quality assurance initiatives
