About The Position
The Staff Pad is hiring Registered Nurses for a dynamic Intermediate Care Unit offering exposure to a wide range of patient populations and clinical skills. This unit is ideal for nurses who want to build a broad skillset across neuro, trauma, post-op, and medical patients in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- RN license (WI or compact eligible)
- Strong clinical foundation or desire to learn
- Team-oriented and adaptable
Responsibilities
- Care for a diverse patient population including neuro, trauma, and post-surgical patients
- Perform hands-on, intervention-heavy nursing care
- Partner closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage patient ratios of 1:3–1:4 depending on acuity
