The Registered Nurse (RN) supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care delivery, adhering to individual resident care plans, physician orders, and established policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards. This role involves comprehensive resident care management, including health assessments, nursing interventions, care planning, discharge planning, and crisis intervention. The RN acts as a liaison with physicians, families, and other health sources, advocating for improved resident care. Responsibilities also extend to staff management, assisting in supervising assigned staff to ensure quality care, and maintaining Agency standards. The position requires accurate and timely record-keeping, communication with the nursing team, and adherence to corporate compliance, including HIPAA regulations. The RN will work full-time, including night shifts and rotating weekends, and may be required to work float shifts covering all hours.
