Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Active Florida RN license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Acute Care ER RN experience (within the last year)
• BLS required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care using the full nursing process in a fast-paced FSED environment
• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while exercising strong clinical judgment
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, protocols, and ethical practices
• Adapt to dynamic patient volumes and support staffing needs across units as required
