Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive Pay: $[35] – $[45] per hour (differentiated by shift if applicable) Weekly Pay with direct deposit Flexible Scheduling: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, PRN, Per Diem Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) with matching 6% Continuing Education Credits & CEU opportunities Mileage reimbursement ($0.60) PPE provided at no cost Referral Bonus: up to $400 Professional development & leadership support Mobile scheduling & documentation tools What You'll Do Registered Nurse will monitor patient condition and deliver individualized care with minimal supervision Registered Nurse will execute physician orders: administer meds, treatments, and follow-up Registered Nurse will document patient care accurately Registered Nurse will communicate changes and needs to physicians and care teams Registered Nurse will mentor and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants (if applicable) Registered Nurse will provide emergency care as needed Registered Nurse will educate patients and families on prevention and wellness
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in FL (or Compact)
- CPR certification and negative TB test/chest X-ray
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home health
- Reliable transportation (driver's license & auto insurance)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform essential physical tasks
- Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
- All applicants will be required to pass both a drug screening and a level 2 background check.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Bi-Lingual is a plus but not required
