Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Minnesota.
- Passion for serving older adults and being part of a meaningful mission.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior living preferred but not required.

- Provide warm, individualized care that supports residents’ dignity and well-being.
- Partner with families, residents, and team members to ensure seamless, supportive communication.
- Mentor and support care staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences every day.
