We are seeking a Full-Time RN Weekend Warrior (1st Shift) to deliver high-quality resident care and lead our STNA team with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Active RN license (State of Ohio)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Supervise and support STNAs in daily care activities
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and cleanliness
• Complete accurate charting and documentation
• Communicate with physicians regarding care plans
• Notify families and providers of condition changes or incidents
• Obtain lab specimens as ordered
• Assist with new staff orientation
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers
