About The Position

Pine Creek Care Center is seeking a passionate, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a full-time AM shift. If you’re a strong leader who values teamwork and high-quality resident care, we’d love to meet you. The Registered Nurse (RN) supervises day-to-day nursing operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, compliant, and compassionate care for all residents. This role works closely with the DON/ADON and interdisciplinary teams to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence, resident safety, and staff support.

Requirements

• Current, active RN license in the State of CA
• CPR certification required
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in long-term care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PCC preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
• Support medication administration, treatments, and infection control practices
• Participate in quality assurance, care plan meetings, and facility committees
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment for staff and residents
• Assist with staff development, training, and performance oversight
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality at all times
