About The Position

Atrium Health MSKI Orthopedics and Sports Medicine offers non-surgical and surgical orthopedics, and interventional spine care to patients in Charlotte. This position will mainly support interventional spine. Our interventional spine specialists perform fluoroscopic-guided procedures including epidural injections, nerve ablations, facet joint injections, and more. Our RN team supports our specialists in safely performing these procedures .

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Current BLS certification, ACLS preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
  • Prior Orthopedic experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS certification
  • Prior Orthopedic experience

Responsibilities

  • Providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
  • Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
