About The Position

Atrium Health Neurology Specialty Care is an outpatient adult subspecialty neurology practice located in Charlotte, NC. We have 3 different neurologic specialty clinics within our practice including our Stroke Program, our Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Program, and our Neuromuscular Program. Our Neuromuscular Program also runs multi-disciplinary Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Muscular Dystrophy clinics to address the complex care needs of those patient populations. Our multi-disciplinary team is composed of nurses, medical assistants, physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, dietitians, speech therapists, respiratory therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Neurology experience Ambulatory experience As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • Current certification in BLS required.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
