Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- BSN degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 -2 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in specialized units.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast -paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in various settings.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide patient treatments.
- Utilize medical equipment to monitor patient conditions as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create effective patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance and treatments.
- Ensure accurate patient record -keeping in line with healthcare standards.
- Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
