About The Position

Clinic Rn $5k Sign On Bonus upon permanent hire. Responsibilities Assessments, triage, helping out where needed, administration work. Communicate effectively with clinical team members, including physicians, through verbal and written documentation. Coordinate discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Apply collaborative teamwork and leadership as part of an inter-professional team to support quality outcomes in care processes. Utilize information, resources, and technology to support patient-centered care processes. Support evidence-based practices, safety initiatives, and process improvement strategies. Exemplify professionalism through lifelong learning, contributing to the science of nursing, and sharing knowledge. Participate in governance and uphold ethical, moral, and regulatory standards. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of nursing practice. Maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of this position.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Nursing or a diploma.
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification. (BLS requirement is waived if certified in ACLS and PALS.)
  • Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas.
  • Drug Test Required;
