Requirements

  • RN licensed in the State of NC

  • 2/3 years experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assess residents and clinic patients and provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Communicate effectively with providers, staff, residents, and families.
  • Support clinic operations, preparing residents for provider visit, care coordination, and supply management.
  • Respond to resident health concerns and determine when EMS intervention is needed.
  • Maintain clinical tracking tools and medication-related programs.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and service-oriented environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic services.

  • Holiday Pay
  • Full-Time Employees: Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 2.5 times their regular rate. Employees who do not work on a recognized holiday receive 8 hours of holiday pay, in accordance with company policy.
  • Compensation begins at $30.00 per hour, with additional pay commensurate with experience.
