Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with attention to detail
- Assess resident conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Monitor and document resident progress meticulously
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Identify and address potential health issues proactively
- Educate resident and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor and support team members
