Requirements

Current RN license (State of FL)
Graduation from an accredited RN program
BLS required
ACLS preferred (required for Charge Nurse roles)
CRRN preferred
1+ year of experience preferred (acute care a plus)
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and reaching
Visual and auditory acuity for patient assessment
Fine motor skills to operate equipment and documentation tools
Occasional exposure to bodily fluids
