As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Interim HealthCare, you’ll have the opportunity to work in both Home Health and Hospice settings, delivering personalized, meaningful care directly to patients and families in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health or Hospice experience preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, patient-focused mindset

- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home nursing care to patients with acute, chronic, or end-of-life needs
- Perform assessments, monitor patient conditions, and ensure accurate documentation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team
- Educate and support patients and families on care plans, medications, and disease management
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that upholds dignity and comfort

- Competitive Pay: $36.06 – $43.27/hour or $75,000 – $95,000/year (depending on assignment)
