Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
