Our team plays a vital role in supporting quality care and enhancing daily life for those we serve. We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Janitor to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a sanitary, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the community.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required—training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned spaces
- Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Respond promptly to spills and cleanliness concerns to ensure safety
- Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety guidelines
- Support the overall upkeep of the facility as directed
