Requirements
- Must possess a valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Strong ability to assess resident needs and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions and monitor their overall health with a critical eye.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in close collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians with high accuracy.
- Provide vital education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery.
- Ensure all nursing care and patient interactions are documented accurately and timely per facility policy.
- Assist with emergency situations as needed, prioritizing resident safety and comfort at all times.
