Requirements

Current, valid NYS RN License.
Current valid CPR.
NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and organization policies, practices, and procedures required.
Travel during shift among sites required to complete job duties .
Must possess assessment/evaluation skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-task environment both independently and as a team demonstrating flexibility.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
Case management experience preferred.
Evidence of understanding and empathy for I/DD population.
Additional requirements include demonstrated extraordinary interpersonal, communication, organizational and computer skills including web-based platforms.
