About The Position

Join our BrightStar Team as an RN! Registered Nurse Benefits Pay ranges between $42 and $45 per hour Weekly pay with direct deposit Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match (Traditional or Roth) Mileage reimbursement for multiple same-day shifts Flexible Hours Paid Training Shift Bonuses Ongoing professional development opportunities Supportive mission-driven leadership Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provides thoughtful care to clients and patients based on a personalized Plan of Care Monitors and tracks changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed Proactively updates the client/patient’s family on the plan of care, health changes, and concerns Registered Nurse Requirements Current unrestricted RN license in the State of Wisconsin Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, preferred Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills Analytic/Critical thinker Strong clinical skills Experience providing trach and respiratory care with precision and safety (Preferred) Experience with using a ventilator (Preferred) If no experience, training is available Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the client's mobility. Requirements

  • Current unrestricted RN license in the State of Wisconsin
