About The Position

6 Heart Tower (6HT) is a 30-bed cardiac observation unit located on the 6th floor of the Heart Tower. This unit specializes in pre and post-operative procedures, including cardiac catheterization, pacemaker placement, and electrophysiology studies. 6HT also cares for and supports med/surg overflow patients, maintaining a typical Nurse to Patient ratio of 1:5. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license
  • Current BLS
  • Will consider current nursing student graduating from an accredited RN education program within 60 days
