About The Position
Registered Nurse (HICC) Position Summary: The Inpatient Unit Registered Nurse is responsible for direction, supervision, coordination and evaluation of all aspects of hospice nursing care provided in the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center within basic policies of the Clinical Services Department and overall department goals. Demonstrates excellence in nursing practice and oversees the hospice care provided by CNAs and Unit Secretaries.
Requirements
- RN with current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky
- One year of nursing experience required
- Knowledge of Hospice and or palliative care preferred
- Use of technology-based tools, including electronic medical record, strongly preferred
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- CHPN encouraged
