About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a structured clinical environment. The RN will collaborate with healthcare providers to assess, treat, and monitor patients while ensuring adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Valid driver’s license

- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed providers
- Assist providers during patient evaluations, sick calls, and medical procedures
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, responses, and behaviors
- Perform emergency interventions and coordinate appropriate care and referrals
- Supervise and support LPNs and non-licensed clinical staff
- Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential medical records
- Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate follow-ups or discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and medication administration protocols
- Provide patient education, counseling, and health promotion activities
- Maintain a safe clinical environment, including risk identification and mitigation
- Prepare and manage clinical reports, logs, and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers
- Support accreditation processes (e.g., NCCHC, ACA, JCAHO) and quality initiatives
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies, incidents, and legal situations
