About The Position

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living Community in Wyoming, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. Meadows on Fairview Senior Living is Ebenezer’s 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61. It is conveniently across the street from Fairview Lakes Hospital and Dialysis center offering a full continuum of care for our residents. The community is small enough to get to know your residents and co-workers yet large enough to provide opportunities and room to grow. Requirements

  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
  • Current MN RN license
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
  • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
  • 0-1 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • TCU LPN/RN experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Point Click Care knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
  • Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
