About The Position
St. Peter’s Health Partners is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Leaders to support a wide range of opportunities across Acute Care Hospitals, Continuing Care, and Outpatient/Ambulatory practices. Requirements
- Current New York State RN license
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree required for Nurse Leader roles in Acute & Outpatient
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, continuing care, or outpatient experience
- BLS required (ACLS/PALS as applicable by role).
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop plans of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy (as applicable)
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate and support patients, residents, and families
- Document care and ensure compliance with standards
