About The Position
St. Peter’s Health Partners is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Leaders to support a wide range of opportunities across Acute Care Hospitals, Continuing Care, and Outpatient/Ambulatory practices . Care Settings Acute & Inpatient Care: Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Perioperative, Inpatient Rehab Continuing Care: Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Home Care, Hospice, Senior Living Outpatient & Ambulatory: Primary Care, Specialty Practices, Women’s Health, Oncology/Infusion, Urgent Care, Procedural Areas What You Will Do Perform patient assessments and develop plans of care Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy (as applicable) Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams Educate and support patients, residents, and families Document care and ensure compliance with standards Responsibilities vary by care setting and role.
Requirements
- Current New York State RN license
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree required for Nurse Leader roles in Acute & Outpatient
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, continuing care, or outpatient experience
- BLS required (ACLS/PALS as applicable by role)
