What Sets Us Apart Sub-Acute Rehab Excellence Work on a small Sub-Acute Rehab Unit—a smaller, focused care environment that prevents burnout and allows you to truly connect with your patients Long-Term Care (LTC) Designed to Support Nurses Stronger relationships with residents A calmer, more supportive care environment for residents and nursing staff These thoughtfully sized LTC units give RNs and LPNs the opportunity to deliver exceptional continuity of care with the support of a collaborative, engaged team. Dedicated Memory Care Unit A safe, structured environment tailored to residents living with dementia Smaller unit design to ensure individualized attention and consistent staffing A highly trained team skilled in dementia care best practices This supportive setting enables nurses to provide compassionate, relationship-based care while avoiding the fatigue often associated with large, high-acuity memory care populations.'
