Requirements

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to compassionate care
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts as scheduled

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• Assessing resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in status
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborating with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervising and supporting LVNs/LPNs and CNAs to ensure excellent care delivery
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation
