Requirements
- Current and valid California LVN license
- Passion for senior care and post-acute services
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a commitment to compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health and recovery
- Monitor resident conditions and administer medications as prescribed
- Serve as a calm, compassionate presence for residents and their families
