About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team full time in Atlanta GA. Ideally; we are seeking a Registered Nurse who has expertise in vascular access (IV placements) and experience with plasma exchange (preferably with the Amicus Separator device).
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in GA
- Proficient in Vascular Access
- Experience with plasma exchange preferred
Responsibilities
- Establishing access with IV's, access for Plasma Exchange therapy (outpatient)
- Taking vitals before and after procedure
- Following SOPs to monitor current Hematocrit, weight, sex, calcium levels, hypoglycemia, blood pressure, and albumin replacement volume throughout plasma exchange procedure
- Documenting accordingly (timely and accurate notes)
- Collaboration with the healthcare team for comprehensive patient care
