About The Position

Sentara Albemarle Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Coordinator (UC) for the Women's Services Department. Hours/Shift: Full-time, 36-hours/week, Days Education Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN Certification/Licensure Registered nursing License (Required) BLS required within 90 days of hire Experience 18-months of RN experience is required RN Unit Coordinators demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service. Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN
  • Registered nursing License (Required)
