About The Position

Join our compassionate team at Seneca Health Care Center where we provide high-quality care for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to deliver excellent nursing care, ensuring the well-being of our residents in a supportive environment. As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintain accurate patient records, and contribute to a positive care experience.

Requirements

Current RN license in good standing.
Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
