RN SUPERVISOR – Community Hospice – Capital Region Nursing Home Team If you are an experienced RN looking for a Supervisory position and have a passion for Hospice nursing, this could be your opportunity! Workdays are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. On-call rotation for evening and weekend coverage. Responsibilities: Coordinate closely with the team's RN Clinical Lead, other RN Supervisors, the hospice interdisciplinary team, and Directors to ensure high quality end of life care to patients and families. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating closely with a team (our teams include physicians, RNs, LPNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists, and volunteers!). Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. Requirements

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years Hospice, acute care, or homecare RN experience required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Prior Hospice experience strongly preferred
