Pay Information: Internal Offers: Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based on applicable personnel rules or union contract terms. External Offers: This position starts at $4,286.40 biweekly. Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Job Summary: The Regulatory Specialist serves as the organizational subject matter expert for regulatory compliance and survey readiness. This role independently interprets and implements CMS Conditions of Participation, State of Alaska regulations, and accreditation standards (TJC) to ensure continuous compliance across assigned service lines. The position leads regulatory readiness activities, oversees surveys and corrective actions, and partners with clinical and operational leaders to embed regulatory requirements into daily practice.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of current nursing care experience
  • State of Alaska Nursing License
  • BLS

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors or Master of Science in Nursing
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, quality, accreditation readiness, or survey management.
