The RN Clinical Quality Lead will be a clinical leader supporting the staff and providers in the medical group practice setting with a focus on improving quality of patient care and achieving key performance indicators. This role provides guidance and support to the team members, implementing continuous quality improvement efforts and accountable for maintaining progress to success. Responsibilities include education and training on standardization of workflows and best practice for achieving patient care quality metrics. The role appropriately communicates the organization’s vision, values, key drivers and operational needs to the team.
