Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Current NJ State professional Registered Nurse license
- Required 1-2 years’ experience in quality improvement and/or utilization review and/or regulatory experience in an acute care setting
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of acute care medical/surgical unit experience
- Experience with Epic and Midas
- CPHQ and/or CPPS certification
- Project Coordination / Project Management experience
Responsibilities
- The Quality Coordinator will manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital's overall quality assurance program that includes ancillary, support and nursing departments to identify trends, prioritize and recommend improvements, decrease duplication, and ensure The Joint Commission compliance.
