Requirements
- Valid RN license in the State of Kansas – Required
- CPR Certification – Required
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing – Preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ health needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement, evaluate, and revise care plans to ensure the best outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated, comprehensive care
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
- Maintain clear and accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical nursing interventions as needed
- Uphold infection control, safety, and privacy standards at all times
