with cutting-edge technology. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for
delivery of patient care in the Perioperative Department through the nursing
process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and
triage.

The RN is responsible for the delivery of pre-operative and post-operative care
of the perioperative patient in the Pre/Post Unit through the use of the nursing
process. The Nursing process is defined as the assessment planning,
implementation and evaluation of nursing care pertinent to the individual
patient. Completing pre-admission patient interviews, patient education, nursing
assessment according to anesthesia guidelines and surgical scheduling personnel.
The PAT RN works in collaboration with anesthesia providers, physicians,
physician office personnel, and perioperative personnel.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
• Must have an active Arizona or Compact RN License.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS, PALS certifications are preferred or obtained within the first 90 days.
• One year of experience preferred
