About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA. Assignment: Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 12 - 12hr Nights, Must Float to Med/Surg or Post-Partum as needed 36hrs guaranteed Start Date: 3/23/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays as needed Traveler Policy: This client will not consider "local" travelers (who reside within 50 miles of the facility). Location: Pittsfield, MA EMR: Meditech Expanse Non-billable orientation: 8hrs Patient Ratio 1:3 Beds: 3 Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. VERY LITTLE RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR THIS SMALL UNIT. ONE HOLIDAY WILL BE APPROVED. 3 DAYS OR LESS, PLEASE! This is a small community hospital (it is not a pediatric intensive care unit). The census is 3. There is no second nurse scheduled for the unit. The maximum number of patients is 3. There is backup from Family Birthplace staff, and travelers have a security badge with a panic button to get immediate help. There are also respiratory and IV therapists who can cover the unit. Our experienced Pediatric nurses understand the unique needs of children and adolescents, and the importance of family involvement in their care. We provide "rooming in" for parents who wish to remain with their child during the hospital stay. To help make the visit more pleasant, we have on hand a variety of "in-room" games and videos, as well as a playroom for those with no contagious illness. Key Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

3 years current Peds experience [required]
ADULT MS EXPERIENCE - [Preferred] (to Float)-Please note experience on profile.
Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred]
BSN preferred
Perm address must be included in the profile
Travelers must have their own vehicle for this need
Perm address must be included in the profile
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required)
