About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist (Days) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA.
Assignment:
Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 8; 8hr days Monday-Friday 40hr gt
Start Date: 3/23/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Weekend Requirements: Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements: On call by rotation
Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE FACILITY

Unit Size: 8 beds
8hrs non-billable orientation
Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Requirements

• 2 years of current FIRST ASSIST OPERATING ROOM experience is required
• A Bachelor of Science degree is required
• BLS AHSA is required
• CNOR REQUIRED
• Must have a Massachusetts RN license
• Perm address must be included in the profile
• Travelers must have their own vehicle for this need
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

• Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform nursing procedures within the RN scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and discharge needs
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
• Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment
• Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required
