The RN utilizes nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care of patients from admission to department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in clinical setting, acts as patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. Knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines. Requirements

  • Experience in post-surgical nursing
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • One (1) year of acute care experience
  • Six (6) months Charge nurse experience within last year

Nice To Haves

  • BSN
  • ACLS certification
  • Experience in post-surgical, orthopedics, or rehabilitation
