About The Position
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our OR team. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers who provide compassionate, holistic care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. RNs in this role support physical and emotional healing, promote patient independence, and ensure high-quality care through adherence to clinical standards and patient-centered practices. Position Specifics: Department: OR Core Function: Nursing Schedule: Full-Time Nights (36 hours/week) On Call rotation Facility: St. Anthony’s Hospital Location: Effingham, IL Sign on Bonus: $15,000 Compensation that aligns with experience. Shift differentials for night, weekend, and call on top of base rate!
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
