About The Position

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse [RN] skillful in providing exceptional patient-centered care and operational assistance at our surgical center. Key responsibilities include delivering nursing care, advocating for patients, and ensuring adherence to OR policies. The ideal candidate exhibits critical thinking skills, infection control knowledge, and technical competence in utilizing organizational software. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for fostering positive patient experiences. Experience in emergency situations and maintaining organizational efficiency is paramount. MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY! NO ON-CALL. NO HOLIDAYS. SHIFT: Five (8) hour shifts per week. ABOUT THE OR DEPARTMENT Join our vibrant Operating Room (OR) department, boasting 15 innovative OR suites catering to a wide array of specialties including orthopedic, spine, ear, nose, throat, urology, general surgery, and more. As the largest staffed department in the company, teamwork is at the core of our culture, fostering a comfortable and seamless patient experience. Our fast-paced and attentive atmosphere brings a great sense of accomplishment at the end of each day as we work together to help individuals return to their passions, whether it's resuming their career as a firefighter, playing with their grandkids, or getting back to sports and other activities. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Licensed in the State of South Dakota.
  • BLS and ACLS certified.
  • critical thinking skills

  • Experience in emergency situations
