Requirements

  • For RNs: Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
  • Current RN license in the State of Wyoming.
  • Completion of SV Health/SVCC orientation program.
  • For LPNs: Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
  • Current LPN license in the State of Wyoming.
  • Completion of SV Health/SVCC orientation program.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Proficient in resident assessment and care planning.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Review CNA assignments and communicate ongoing resident needs throughout the shift.
  • Supervise, direct, and motivate CNAs to ensure quality care aligned with each resident’s plan of care.
  • Assess residents through observation, conversation, and physical evaluation; document findings accurately.
  • Provide direct supervision and coordination of the resident care team.
  • Administer medications, assist with ADLs, treatments, and therapies within scope of practice.
  • Report changes in resident condition to physicians and families; document updates in medical records.
  • Arrange emergency or outpatient services as needed.
  • Follow facility policies, procedures, physician orders, and state/federal guidelines.
